Further, Karlie has managed the in depth process of home building, not only for her clients, but also for herself. Motivated to provide a more customized, personalized experience, Karlie helped form Reside. Since its genesis, she has received the Presidents Gold Award, as well as the Presidents Award while forming many lasting relationships with a myriad of satisfied clients.

Prior to Karlie's career in real estate, she worked in Human Resources at Starbucks Coffee Company. She is originally from Perth, Western Australia where she attended college and received a bachelor's degree in commerce.
